Bang for the buck business hotel. Easy access to the highway and city center.

it's a good option for traveling and business trip. you don't feeling any problems. very good.

TERRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE DISGUSTING IN THE CAFETERIA THEY DON'T ANSWER THEY LEFT IT ALONE AND CLOSED IT, I COULD NOT MAKE ALL MY FOOD, THEY TOOK HOURS TO APPEAR AND WHEN THEY FINALLY BROUGHT THE FOOD, THE HOUSEKEEPER SUPERVISOR SPOKE TO ME ON THE PHONE AND ME I SAID THAT IF I DID NOT LEAVE THE ROOM THEY WOULD NOT DO IT AGAIN ONE DAY ON HOLY THURSDAY THEY DID NOT CLEAN ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAIN AT THE RECEPTION THEY HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME AND DID NOT GIVE THE MESSAGES EITHER TO THE CAFETERIA OR TO THE HOUSEKEEPER , I WENT TO REST AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME, THEY ARE TERRIBLE EVERYTHING, THE FURNITURE IS DIRTY WITH SEMEN AND THE WATERING CAN IS DIRTY AND DRAINING WITH SOAP, IT REALLY IS DISGUSTING. THEY NEED MORE SUPERVISION AND MORE STAFF ON REST DAYS.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that changed daily. The hotel was very accommodating with early check in and room availability. The parking options are incredible! The reception even changed American $ to pesos for the first $100. The suite rooms are the way to go since the standard rooms are too tight and small. I do wish they had a stove in suite room. They also don’t have the room stocked with plates/utensils but you can request them to the room, free of charge.

Everyone from housekeeping to front desk was wonderful. Polite, helpful, friendly. The facility and rooms are modern and clean. The hotel also has a good restaurant on the first floor with reasonable prices. We'd never been to Queretaro before and chose Hotel Crown Victoria because it had good prices and its location was listed at being in el centro. In reality, the hotel is along a highway in a kind of business/industrial neighborhood so it's not really walkable. But, on the plus side, I was able to catch a taxi in front of the hotel and find city buses nearby.

The hotel nice and clean the staff wonderful.

Nice hotel very clean and basic, excellent bed and pillows. The parking ramp is not very well done so your car may scratch underneath. The breakfast buffet is very basic nothing extraordinary but at a really good price. Overall is a great place to stay if you are going for work to Queretaro.

The rooms have a safe, fridge and coffee maker. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff was very nice.

This place is the definition of great service from house keeping to front desk. The employees are a breath of fresh air when it comes to service. When I travel to Querétaro this will be the only hotel I will stay at.
