Staff at desk were very friendly, restaurant closed on Mondays and doesn't open till 11am. This is not good for people looking for breakfast.
Hotel is old, they have done well trying to update.

I was booked for 2 nights with my family, we had a emergency to deal with and had to check out early after one night .i talk to the gentleman at the front desk and informed him we were checking out, and would note it on the computer....and was charged 2 night's and no recorded of me checking out. Poor customer service and management!

The people working in any part of the hotel were friendly and quick to help.
Was there during some major snow falls and they were all over getting the snow removed, sidewalks safe.
Restaurant food is good.

The hotel is good. It is centrally located and surrounded by everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable and are reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

It is an older hotel so if you are looking for a three star or more, this isn’t it.
For the price it met expectations. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous, the resturaunt/lounge are what I you expect for this hotel. Overall suited our needs for a good sleep.
