My experience was outstanding ..rooms were very cool ..comfortable beds .and very satisfied with room services...environment was also very good ..food was good in quality and prices were very appreciatble ....highly recommended ..one of the best place to stay in quetta city

Worst. Rude staff. Poor room condition. Hard pillows and mattresses and tiny broken beds. Dirty bathrooms with no toiletries. Unwashed blankets with visible stains on them. Unhygienic food. They run out of water very quickly. Electricity and gas problems too. Unhygienic food. Very very expensive. Don't use that soft drink fridge they've placed to keep your drinks there, they'll steal it.

My stay was for around 12 days at Hotel Bloom Star. This was my first ever visit to Quetta. I found this hotel excellent in all manners i.e. staff behavior, room condition, cleanliness, room & other services, food etc. Some families were also having stay here along with their children. I would also like to add specially that the behavior/attitude of the whole hotel staff was marvelous & friendly. Highly recommended to all to have a stay in Hotel Bloom Star during your visit to Quetta. Best regard to the owners for maintaining such an excellent atmosphere in the hotel with in professional way and best of luck in their future business. We travelled unde so called "security". This is a disgusting practice in a military dictatorship. In Bloomstar and one other hotel are the only paces you are allowed by the police to stay in. Here you are locked up in house-arrest.ou can not pass the gate. This is terrible - but it is not the fault of the hotel!! Blame the police, the governement! And try to avoid this country. The Bloomstar is OK and the staff helpful. You get good food in their restaurant. Don´t worry too much, Crossing Baluchistan is an adventure, not at all nice, but an adventure.
