Wonderful Experience. Pleasant, elegant with great service. We had a business meeting and it was such a great experience as the staff was friendly and professional. The food was awesome and the environment was superb. I would definitely like to come here again and again.

Always a pleasure staying at Serena Quetta. The facility offers a comprehensive package with staff energy being the highlight. I have been a regular visitor since 2019 and each visit has been memorable. From the orchard to the courtyards and the now improved rooms, a complete experience each time. Sobias warm smile has welcomed us each time and no matter how stressful the work day the staff make the time inside the hotel a relaxed one. Thank you

Excellent service from check on to overall stay. Reception staff at check in is very cooperative especially Ms sobia. Owing to special medical needs the staff provided me a good room and assisted throughout the stay.

Excellent service. Cooperative staff. Sobia, Muzammil. Sherry, Muriel, Faraz and Zubair are extremely hospitable. Perfect place to stay during the winters of Quetta. All amenities are provided. Very happy.

Once again it was an excellent stay as always and my frequent visits here in quetta went outstanding. I would say thanks to Hotel administration of serena Quetta, starting from Ms. Sobia, Afnan, Jawad,Mural , Atrique, Faraz, their whole team in front office duly managed by Imran Sb, I would also appreciate F & B team and credit goes to Perwaiz Sb. I might have forgot few names to mention but my best wishes are for this property and associated management

Service was excellent, specially the manageress Ms Sobia attitude to customers is marvelous. Overall it is good experience staying in Sarena Quetta. I will also ask my family, friends and colleagues to stay here.

The Seerena Quetta hospitaluty services are excellent in terms of relation to guest as well as the caring attitude from staff members. Specifically in house keeping services Mr. Shahbaz is very caring to guests. Thank you Ms. Sobia aslso for her hospitality on behalf of Seerena management.
