The Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had I have to be honest — this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is in extremely poor condition and clearly not maintained at all. Here’s a list of the issues we encountered during our stay: * Leak from the ceiling dripping onto the electric sockets (serious safety hazard) * No hot water * Mirror covered in white mold * Bed headboard with black mold * Sticky, unwashed glasses * Swimming pool water was brown and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages * No air conditioning in the gym * TV was broken and couldn’t be watched * Bedrooms smelled bad, like old cigarette smoke * Floor constantly wet * No windows in the entire hotel, causing heavy condensation on the walls * A strange mist and burning smell in the hallways (see photos) * Bed bugs * Cockroaches crawling over me at night * Bed felt sticky * Door handle was hanging off * Doors don’t even fit the door frames properly, couldn't close doors * Bedsheets were damp * Dining table broken and unstable * Internet was terrible and kept cutting off * Refund was refused even though the hotel clearly breaks health and safety standards * They put pool water in the eater dispensers!! (Tasted like chlorine) **Pros:** The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very kind. They did move us to a different room after we complained, which was slightly better — but still far from acceptable. It makes me wonder if any maintenance would have been done at all if we hadn’t spoken up. Other pro is that location is great, right near bus station and big shopping mall. **Overall:** This hotel should not be operating in its current state. Between the mold, insects, water leaks, and electrical hazards, it’s not just uncomfortable — it’s unsafe. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until major repairs and cleaning are done. Not sure how this hotel got a 7.2 review on other websites, seems like they are fake reviews. I don't usually give a bad review but I just had to say something because the hotel isn't safe for people to stay at.

The room is clean but look old. The hotel is near to the mall. The hotel is also near to the eateries.
