I have always had a pleasant stay at the hotel except for yesterday. When we checked in, they gave us a room with a broken AC and no socket for the TV. Then I called the reception, and they transferred us to a room with a broken toilet and not-so-cleaned bathroom. Besides, they didn't have a remote control for the television. I'm just tired of calling the reception again and again because I need to go to work at 2 pm, and when I get back at 12 midnight, that's when I noticed that the toilet is broken and unable to flush.
I have very high expectations of this hotel, and unfortunately, this is not what I was expecting. Moving forward, always check your rooms before assigning them to guests to avoid any inconvenience on your guests' part and on your part as well. Thank you.
