酒店員工態度非常親切，熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。總機小姐姐sunny和Cassie服務很棒，異常熱心，能夠迅速響應客人需求，解決問題。房間寬敞明亮，設備設施新穎，Zoe Sun的服務也很好，房間整潔乾淨，床鋪舒適。

已經是第二次入住jw，酒店靠近孔廟孔府，周邊環境優美，酒店內部房間很有特點，園林綠化做得到位！服務熱情周到，飯菜好吃，就是小貴

早餐很豐富，如果想體驗曲阜的特色美食，在這裏吃早餐就可以一站解決了，不需要到外面跑來跑去。最好以後能增加一個先做的煎餅卷大葱。酒店面積很大，客房相距比較遠，容易在裏面迷路。游泳館和健身房在另外一棟樓，需要走到室外過去。旁邊就是孔廟，晚上可以看燈光秀，早上看開城儀式，走過去大概5分鐘左右。

非常漂亮的酒店！整個酒店區域的園林景觀設計得特別美，花草樹木錯落有致、交相掩映，一棟棟灰磚闊檐的建築滿滿的春秋秦漢風。一進大堂，孔子杏樹下講學的塑像特別震撼，不知道是用的什麼材料，整體純凈聖潔、晚上亮起燈光更是熠熠生輝。
房間很乾凈，各種設施完備。就是浴缸一般。陽台上有沙發、小桌，聽着院子裏竹葉搖動的沙沙聲，喝喝咖啡、品品茶很是愜意。
酒店的餐廳和酒吧環境都很好，室外也漂亮，特別是晚上，燈光、樹影、池水波光粼粼，交相輝映，美不勝收。酒吧的小姐姐態度特別好，又漂亮又温柔，贊一個。👍🌹
酒店與孔廟一牆之隔，早上起來去看開城儀式非常方便。周圍的街道上走一走也很舒服。
唯一要提點意見的是：二層樓道燈幾乎沒開，黑乎乎的很嚇人！（最後一張照片）
