Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

The hotel is very nicely located near the beach. Because there are only a few tourists, the place is still quite originally. The rooms of the hotel are clean and well maintained and properly equipped. The breakfast is unfortunately a little unilateral and offers little variation. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it is sometimes a little noisy around the hotel, especially when a event takes place in front of the square, and be it just a regional dance group. The biggest hotel in Quy Nhon city, has its own restaurant, friendly staff. The only minus point is probably the lobby on the rooms, has a very strong cigarette smell. The swimming pool is large, but not clean. The plus point is the breakfast is delicious.

I stayed at the Pullman for about 1 week for work. This will for sure always be my choice the next time I come to Quy Nhon. Minh Nguyen, the sales manager assisted with me everything I wanted. The rooms are fantastic, the view is amazing and the hospitality is absolutely phenomenal. I really felt like home here and can't wait to stay here the next time I come again. Have stayed at Altara serviced residences for five days. The staff has been amazing, easy going and service minded. They helped us with trips, finding local restaurants, and went beyond what you can expect service wise. Big props to Hana and Tuan who where at the front desk, they even helped us out with “play dates” for our daughter at the beach, and was babysitting our daughter at nighttime, so the parents could relaxe with a massage. Thank you guys so much! Looking forward coming to your hotel again!
