Dieses Hotel ist bestens geeignet, um von dort aus Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Sei es in die Berge, an Meer, nach Andorra usw. Auch die Katharerburgen sind nah. Wunderbar ist, dass im Hotel auch Deutsch gesprochen wird.

Belle étape dans cet hôtel très bien tenu. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très calme à l’arrière du bâtiment. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des confitures gouteuses et originales. Je recommande aussi le restaurant au très bon rapport qualité prix.

We verbleven er 2 nachten (niet na mekaar) op doordacht langs het Katharenpad. Er werkt een een Vlaamse dame aan de receptie die zeer vriendelijk was en nuttige commentaar gaf. De kamers waren ok. Het eten was héél lekker en verzorgd. Ze hebben ook een lunchpakket voor onze wandelingen gemaakt. Als ik ooit nog eens in Quillan langs kom, zal ik er zeker weer verblijven.

L'association dans une entreprise de plats cuisinés régionale, La Cagne, relativise le côté fait maison. Trouver au menu une "Soupe de Tomate à la fleur de thym" produite par cette enseigne laisse supposer que la cuisine pourrait aussi être faite ailleurs. La poêlée de Girolles était infame ! ces délicats champignons avaient perdu leur jolie couleur et devenu noire sous le réchauffement la poêlée n'avait aucun gout. Le "biscuit de truite" servi à peine tiède était une insulte à ce poisson qui se suffit à lui même sans être transformé en pâté insipide !
