Buen plan familiar. Buen hotel para niños. Muchas horas de diversión en familia. El menú delicioso y siempre variado. Excelente servicio de café con alta calidad de producto. Bar en rangos estándar. Y lo mejor actividades con animales. En las mañanas recogida de huevos y ordeño con niños. El resto del día se puede acudir a panaca. Muy muy bueno.

El hotel es hermoso, la atención es buena. Luciano, un empleado encargado de cuidar las gallinas, los ponys, y los cabritos, y los cerditos es excelente persona, muy servicial, me permitió darle tetero a los cerditos y las cabras, lo que mejoraría del hotel es el baño que ya esta para remodelación y. El restaurante a la carta que no pude probar porque no estuvo abierto ninguno de los días de mi estadia.

La calidad de las personas que nos atendieron no se puede discutir. Lo mejor de su servicio, la gente. Buena comida, Panaca para quien gusta de los animales de granjas, habitación excepcional, la naturaleza que te rodea, el despertar con el canto de las aves.

La calidad de la comida no es buena deberían habilitar la piscina de solo adultos en temporada alta para niños. la experiencia con los animales de ordeñar y slimentarlos es muy linda. También la cercanía a Panaca y la posibilidad de acceder varias veces es muy positivo

En esta oportunidad visitamos el hotel con nuestra Familia, un lugar que se caracteriza por la excelente atención de quienes te reciben, por sus habitaciones cómodas y siempre comida exquisita en el Bufete. Nos encanta que es un hotel acogedor, diseñado para asistir con los más peques de la casa, así como también para ir en compañía de papás y abuelos. De igual forma nos encanta qué Panaca quede cruzando el puente, pudimos ir de visita varias veces. Sería bueno en una futura oportunidad encontrar mejoras en lugares como la piscina, así como una mayor facilidad para grupos grandes (inicialmente nos asignaron habitaciones en 3 torres diferentes) :( no pudimos reservar en su restaurante la herrería para la cena. Agradecidos por la maravillosa semana en el Hotel

We stayed at Decameron Panaca from March 11-13. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. There are many activities for the kids e.g. pony rides, milking cows, feeding baby goats and baby pigs plus the walk to the Panaca park is short and the entrance fee is discounted if you are staying at the hotel. The highlight for me was the food. Absolutely delicious. We had steak twice snd it was cooked to perfection. The swimming pools are bi and well maintained. The rooms are big and while there is no AC, we didn't need it since the ceiling fan was enough. We travelled with my mom who has mobility issues. The hotel provided a wheelchair and I was pleasantly surprised to realize that all areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible. A big plus! We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back!

Es un hotel muy acogedor, perfecto para estar en familia y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Disfrutamos mucho del servicio todo incluído, aunque en los días de baja afluencia se alcanzó a ver un poco limitada la variedad de comida en los restaurantes. Los funcionarios de recepción, entretenimiento, restaurantes, servicios generales muy respetuosos y atentos. A veces pareciera que hay mucho espacio para hospedaje y pocas zonas para entretenimiento. De todas maneras lo recomendamos mucho si tú deseo es alejarte de la ciudad y disfrutar del servicio todo incluído con la familia.

Nuestra estadía en Panaca fue excelente como siempre la pasamos muy bien gracias al señor Pedro Holguín gerente del hotel por su formalidad y su atención.gracias al señor Diego Correa subgerente por estar pendiente de mi familia y todas las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros.gracias a los muchachos de entretenimiento por la forma de entretener a todos los visitantes.gracias a las personas del comedor por su excelente servicio.gracias a los señores de los bares por su servicio especialmente al señor Augusto que se esmero por atendernos.la comida súper bien.las bebidas excelentes.los cuartos muy limpios.no me cansaré de visitar el hotel Decameron Panaca y recomendarlos en un 💯 por ciento.mil gracias a todo ese personal tan atento.las personas que lo reciben a uno los encargados de llevar las maletas.las personas de la recepción por su formalidad.un abrazo para todos y nos veremos pronto.

Es un hotel maravilloso, para disfrutar en familia, todo el personal es muy atento y muy pendiente de las necesidades de las personas. Las actividades de recreación son excelentes, en especial Sebastian y Alejandro hacen los dias mas amenos. Al Sr Pedro Holguin, quien es el gerente.
