酒店大堂衹有一個客服人員，面無表情，動作遲緩。房間的被子上明細有血跡，空調過濾不好，灰塵引發打噴嚏。早上去退房的時候，告訴客户，還是昨晚那一位，説房間很臟，她説fine，我説不是fine，是你的房間本來就很臟，她説可以投訴給了我一張經理的名片，就結束了，就這樣的也配得上是萬豪酒店，以後不可能再住了。經理叫做 Jeiling， 接待人員叫做Josefina。根本就懶得浪費時間去跟你們投訴，得不償失。
