Room 315, jacuzzi suite. High table for dining in room was so unstable it couldn't be used, Lavatory sink was clogged. Curtains were half off the rods. Pro: roomy with a great river view. Front desk was responsive. Bed was comfortable and had light blanket as well as comforter.

The hallway carpet new. The building looks new. The staff are friendly. Our room is small. There was hardly any room to move around. No coffee and coffee pot.

Heard tv talking from anointing room all night! Refrigerator noise was twice average level. Had to keep bathroom door closed because toilet tank water control assembly made dripping sounds.

Nice Staff, friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, decent breakfast but not large variety. We were there for our spring break and was nice to have trash n clean towel service everyday. As we were hardly in our rooms to dirty it up for cleaning services. Nice water views and location is near our family and downtown!!

Room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here twice and I've had no issues.

it was a great stay for the price. It seem like the owners are doing updates with the pool being renovated and bigger tv's. They aslo replaced the caped giving the place some much needed attention. I will definately stay here when i am back in town.

My husband fell on ice in the parking. We were told it was salted but you could tell it wasn't. I have ms and use oxygen. My husband is my care taker during our trip. You can imagine how this left us. My husband could barely move. We reported it to the front desk three times. To which no resolution came of it. It ruined our trip.

Pool is closed even though I called and asked before I booked and was told they had one. Staff was rude. Place was run down and dirty. It had snowed the day before, but no one had to put down any salt even in the entry way. The walk into the hotel was treacherous. It was so bad that we ate the cost of the hotel other than a 10 % credit we were able to get and booked a room somewhere else.
