Wasn't very impressed with the place. The people were nice, but it was always hard to find someone at the desk. They were just never at the desk and even calling out for them didn't bring anyone.
Especially frustrating was the fact that my mother was very ill and needed the elevator so I specifically asked at checkin about their elevator and was told they had one and there was no problem. The next morning I find it in pieces in the hallway at breakfast and am told it's a planned maintenance. Won't be fixed that day. I had to call my aunt from an hour away to come and help me get my mom down the stairs for her medical appointment, and it worsened her a lot with the pulling and trying to walk and hold on to the rail. She barely got to the ground floor. I don't care about maintenance but if I specifically ask about the elevator you should warn people.
It was average otherwise. I'd give it 3 stars for how nice it was but it is in a good location.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating for me. They went out of their way to help find some of my daughters lost items, such as a swimming suit.

It was cute and nice but the floors were not vacuumed good and my bed room wasnt vacuumed enough there was still stuff on the carpet

This property was ok breakfast was cold had not stocked bread, muffins, bagels till after we ate. Could use some REAL cleaning in gener Areas room was clean bed hard and it was very noisy at night till bout 2 am.

Was rather noisy with people above us. One of the lamps did not work, was flickering because the cord was bad. Unplugged it and the room was dark because of it. Breakfast should include a meat with Eggs. Not enough electrical plug ins in the room for all our electronics these days. No Grab bar in the bathtub for older people to hang onto. We have stabilization issues as we get older.

Whats offered is awesome but not always available. Breakfast was out by 9 am on a Saturday morning. Staff is never around and when they see they ignore you or are rude.
