I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!).
Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing.
Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Excellent hotel with awesome staff. Ruby was amazing during my checking in, and other front desk staff were very helpful in providing insights to help me with my travel plans e.g. with booking my message therapy after a long hike.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Ibis Quito.
