🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette! My stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette was nothing short of exceptional. It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

Wifi is horrible.. Not to mention, I put in a medical note for my severe medical condition.And the hotel is saying I didn't leave it , even though i've sent them a screenshot and you can see it here on *******. I have a severe heart condition and had a heart attack due to the chemicals they use in this hotel, which I explicitly asked them to air out and not use in my particular room due to this. I had to sleep on the balcony, my first night and leave the second night. Not even using the reservation. I only booked another night a week later so that they would hold my things there. And they still charged me for that. Now they do not want to refund me for the last night. Even though I will not be able to stay there and I tried to cancel well before a week in advance, they are trying to take my money even though I've already made an extra $25 off of me for the night, I already didn't stay which I didn't complain about I was just happy to breathe clean air Away from that hotel. Do not trust these people.If you have a health condition, they will not honor it.They will blame you for your own health predicament....And will toxify your endocrine and reproductive systems with toxic fragranced cleaning supplies. Even if you beg them to do otherwise. Then they will take your money. If the policy here was that you could actually go to the hotel before booking, that would be great, but I could not do that. like everyone else Here,I had to book leave my medical request and they did not say

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to possibly lose your money..This hotel could not accommodate not poisoning me and due to my severe medical condition, which they knew of, I had to sleep on the balcony. I could not afford another room and had already rented this one for several days..To get them to hold my things for my cotopaxi trip, Not only did I leave a day early due to the toxic conditions and they got an extra $24 out of me, I paid them $10 and told them I would return in 7 days.I only reserved a room on the 8th Because I needed them to hold my baggage, which they still charged me for... I had a heart attack climbing the volcano and the doctor in Lasso instructed me that I cannot go back to that hotel as it is highly poisonous And it will surely trigger another cardiac episode.. Not the main part of the hotel , but all of the rooms.. Upon speaking to the owner of the hotel, they refused to refund my money for the last day. They care not for my health or the fact that I may have to sleep on the street here Because i'm in a foreign country with no more funds, and i've paid my money to them.. For a $24 a night room, adding $16 of protection, which would have done nothing for me....just didn't make any sense. I do not by any means Recommend this hotel.I suggest you stay far far away from it. Trying to manage my money on this trip.With this hotel being my destination was a complete nightmare. The hotel know i had a heart attack and does not care.
