客房電話居然沒接線，是個擺設，温泉服務和客房服務各是各的，温泉客服拒絕為客房客人服務，態度還不好，夜宵結束得早，周邊又偏僻，要開車30分鐘以才能買到吃的，比較失望！雖然客房為表示歉意，送了小禮品，還是希望酒店有改善！
