Hotel elegante, charmoso e confortável! Excelente prestação de serviço! Estacionamos o carro em um estacionamento gratuito, localizado a 160metros do hotel. Havia um senhor cuidando dos carros e resolvemos deixar uma gorgeta. Carros não podem entrar na mdina, porém nosso acesso ao hotel, localizado dentro da muralha, foi muito fácil. Entregamos o carro no dia anterior ao final da nossa estadia e o hotel providenciou um taxi para nos levar ao aeroporto. Esse taxi, nos pegou na porta do hotel. Restaurante do hotel, De Mondial, foi espetacular! Linda vista! Nosso quarto possuía uma jacuzzi, com vista para o vale. A piscina do Xara, fica fora do prédio do hotel. Há um serviço de motorista muito eficiente para levar e buscar os hóspedes até a piscina, que fica fora da Mdina. Foi uma excelente escolha!

The location on the ramparts, overlooking the plains to the coast attracted us to book. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, specially Sara and Tommy, delighted us. The cleanliness and decorations were well done and the food was delicious.

Le lieu et la vue sont splendides, la qualité des repas . Etoilé De Mondion juste fabuleux. Le personnel est à l'écoute est très très gentil, bravo continuez ainsi. Points négatifs, la chambre très mal insonorisée, on entend tout. La douche est à refaire, non entrenue, buses bouchées pleines calcaire, problème avec eau chaude/froide, à revoir d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner pourrait inclure des crêpes ou pancakes et non les facturer en supplément. La piscine n'est pas au sein de l'hôtel.

Fabulous historic hotel in the grounds of Mdina. Comfortable and classy room with views accross Malta one side and a private terrace. Superb bathroom and pretty much everything you would need and expect.
Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms, the locations, the staff - essentially every component of this boutique hotel, was excellent. The rooms have been updates, and our suite (11) was outstanding. We overlooked the piazza. One night we had champagne on our balcony, enjoying every moment at this boutique hotel. This is a special hotel.

Perfectly placed for a short stay in Mdina/Rabat. Our room had a great 180 deg view with Valletta central on the horizon; spacious and well appointed with a particularly fine modern bathroom. A high quality breakfast was served at table on the lovely terrace with this same view. I would recommend taking dinner in the Trattoria. From start to finish, the staff were-without fail-welcoming, helpful and efficient. Recommended.
