This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Best thing is the,place. At the corner of the avenues.. only few steps.

I booked (2) rooms for my brother’s birthday. I went for this hotel due to its location in the mall and have always been curious to experience their facilities. Upon check-in, I arrived a bit early for registration but did not expect to receive my rooms until late noon due to the weekend. However Ms. Raquel was so friendly and accommodating, though the rooms were indeed not ready yet, she reconfirmed my room requests and also my note in the reservation that it is my brother’s special day. She went the extra mile to call and inform me of the approximate time of when my rooms would be ready and that she has arranged connecting rooms as well that there is a cute cake and some decoration in one of the rooms to make our family time a bit more memorable. This surprise was beyond my expectations and Ms. Raquel anticipated my needs without having to request for it. Above all the whole experience was seamless overall. I extend my special thanks as well to the other wonderful talents from the chef to the housekeeper involved to place all the amazing amenities. As for breakfast, the venue is very clean and organized. The Receptionist (wearing black frame glasses) was very hospitable and always ready with a smile. The food selections were not only delicious but also cohesive that I didn’t feel too overwhelmed with options. Almost everything paired well with each other. This hotel is definitely become one of my favorites in the country now.

From the time we walked into the Hilton Garden, we was treated with the upmost respect. The receptionist was very helpful with everything that I needed even things that I forgotten. The breakfast and dinner was good. The room was average, but if there’s anything I needed it was a very quick response and delivery to the room. I would like to give a special shout out to Mr.Ravi for going beyond his normal service to ensure that we was well taken care of thank you so much. Because of the customer service and cleaning we will be visiting here again in the near future.

They're setting a standard in Kuwait for hospitality. Their service is nice with a consistent smile and show of good will in every action. The staff would do their best to meet your satisfaction. Other than that.. The room is spacious and several facilities offered.

Reception service weak. Room service very good. Quality of breakfast average. Restaurant personal excellent snd personal service. Location very good with immediate access to shopping Mall Avenue. Access to kuwait city not easy. Use of taxi only option. Public transport 40 minutes wall

I was at Hilton Garden Inn for a month-long business trip and I can easily say that Hilton made the stay feel like home. I was lucky to find Ravi during breakfast and suhoor. Everyday, he would go above and beyond to ensure we had a good meal at the start of the day. And generally, Hilton has really good standards for cleanliness too. Absolutely recommend!

We stayed in a regular room. The room was clean and have all the basic amenities you need. Complimentary water, coffee (3in1), and tea was there. Disposable slippers was present. Large screen tv was available. Wifi was fast. Toiletries are available. The rooms and facilities are new and well maintained. The breakfast buffet that was included in my room was awesome. It had a good selection of menu for a breakfast standpoint. Waffle corner was truly enjoyed by the kids and adults too. Fruits are refreshing. The outdoor swimming pool have adult and kids section. Outdoor jacuzzi style mini pool was situated beside the adult pool. Gym was available and open for 24 hours. Overall, it was good. Cons: no bathrobes in the room. I hope they will have a sauna room as well.
