We arrived at gate 5 of the international arrvial hall of Bangkok Airport and got picked by the free hotel van within 5 minutes after one of the staff in there to call the hotel van. The van driver to and fromt the hotel was extremely helpful to handle our luggage. The hotel room was basic, clean and quite large. The check in process was prompt and staff was friendly. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Overall, it is very value for money and we will choose this hotel again when we transit in Bangkok airport next time.

Even though it was a late night flight, I couldn't find the hotel shuttle bus at the airport and had to take a taxi. The shower didn't work without any explanation. The front desk lady was unfriendly.

I arrived for a late flight and stayed for one night. The location from the airport was good and the shuttle service was good.
However, there were small cockroaches... I was very surprised, although it was unavoidable since it was a hotel in a hot area.
