Surrounded by the Dolomites, Hotel Schneeberg Family Resort & SPA offers a 10000m² spa and wellness area. Essendo di passaggio, abbiamo provato soltanto la ristorazione per pranzo. Difficile trovare nel menu preparazioni senza carne, escluso qualche antipasto. Abbiamo scelto il ”piccolo” piatto di insalata, che era invece una bella ciotola di verdure miste molto buone. Per completare il pasto un ottimo dolce Kaiserschmarren, guarnito con confettura di mirtilli rossi e fragole fresche. Da ricordare anche la birra weisse prodotta nel Sudtirolo. Servizio gentile, prezzi medi.
