Premessa: la valutazione è relativa a un hotel ***S, quindi va valutato nel confronto con hotel dello stesso tipo e nella medesima provincia. Plus: posizione ottima, paesaggio, camere spaziose; personale molto cortese. Colazione ottima. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: il menù era a scelta (tra due opzioni) solo il sabato, gli altri giorni era fisso: un primo, un secondo, un dolce. Una nostra commensale, la domenica ha lasciato quasi tutto nel piatto. Per un hotel di questa tipologia è una cosa inaccettabile. La sauna era tiepida e l'area relax antistante esigua. L'idromassaggio non funzionava. Pur essendoci il garage, ci è stato detto di parcheggiare nell'area scoperta al di là della strada. Avevo dimenticato le ciabatte e non ne avevano neanche a pagamento. Il tutto a quasi 200 euro a notte per camera. Insomma, albergo buono, ma con una "S" di troppo.

Posizione panoramica, meraviglia della natura. I 1350 m di altitudine garantiscono il fresco, si dorme benissimo. Camera pulitissima, pavimento in legno, molto accogliente. Sala da pranzo panoramica, ottima sia la colazione sia la cena. Tutto molto curato. Le ragazze del personale molto gentili e attente. Si vede la mano di proprietari esperti nel settore.

Bellissima struttura con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Camera comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione e cena ottime, con prodotti di prima qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wir waren eine Woche zum Wandern im Passeiertal. In diesem Zeitraum wohnten wir im Kronhof! Es war einfach super! Tolles Essen, sehr , sehr nettes Personal und alles sehr sauber! Toll fanden wir auch, dass überall die ganze Familie präsent war! Ob die Senioren Wandertipps gaben oder der Chef das mega Panoramafenster aus dem Bagger heraus von außen geputzt hat ....der Hammer! Der weitere Chef war für das tolle Essen verantwortlich! Kommt oft in der Bewertung zu kurz, aber das Housekeeping überraschte uns jeden Tag mit anders kunstvoll dekorierten Bettdecken. Es zauberte uns jeden Tag erneut ein Lächeln ins Gesicht!

Hotel sopravvalutato dalle recensioni che si trovano sui vari siti web di prenotazione. Cosa abbiamo apprezzato: Camera ampia e spaziosa con bellissima vista sulle montagne,anche il bagno carino e ben arredato. Lo stesso per la sala da pranzo. Cucina ottima. Poco apprezzato che sia alla colazione che alla cena spesso i vassoi di affettati,le brioches, la frutta e a volte anche i succhi, una volta terminati non venivano subito ripristinati,diciamo che non abbondavano con le quantità. Piscina invivibile perché invasa da bambini che nonostante il divieto si tuffavano da ogni angolo,grida, schiamazzi,urla nulla di rilassante. Quest’area é veramente molto piccola rispetto alle immagini,i lettini non sono sufficienti per tutte le persone.L’altra aerea dove vi é una sauna e 3 sdraio di numero é piccolissima e soffocante. Inoltre per la prima volta in un area relax non vi era ne un distributore d’acqua ne la possibilità di farsi delle tisane, cosa che abbiamo sempre trovato n altri Hotel della medesima categoria e nella stessa zona. Pensavamo meglio.

Wir waren im August zu Gast im Kronhof. Schon beim Check-In wussten wir dass wir wieder kommen werden. Die Familie Halbeisen ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und haben einen sehr modernen/klassischen Stil. W-Lan funktioniert im ganzen Hotelareal problemlos. Jetzt kommt das beste vom Aufenthalt: Das Essen. Täglich großes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Sachen wie man es nur in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. 4 Gänge Wahlmenü mit südtiroler Gerichten. Der Wellnessbereich ist perfekt um nach der anstrengend Wanderung Ruhe zu finden. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht! Einfach Klasse, warum hat das Hotel nicht 4 Sterne?
