Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views from the pool and the restaurant! Lots of sitting rooms, rooms to read, play games, etc! Very friendly and kind staff!

This hotel was amazing! Our room and bathroom were much larger than expected, the sitting area had a beautiful view out the windows, and the private garden sitting area was beautiful. The room service and turn down service were wonderful and the restaurant was delicious!

I would stay here again without hesitation. Rada is also a beautiful hamlet.

Where to start? I can’t wait to go back.. this place is amazing, AMAZING!!!! So beautiful, to open your shutters and see the Tuscan countryside, church bells ringing, and the lushness of the hotel is sensory overload! First the town of Radda. It is a postcard. For such a small town, many great restaurants and wine bars. The restaurant at Vignale was such a treat. Beautiful patio vista. Food and service excellent! Next the spa, book it! You walk down to a cavern and are treated to a 90 minute private experience; whirlpool, sauna, and steam. Plush robes and quiet. Did I mention the rooms? We had a beautiful room, separate bedroom, living area, (small but relaxing), and a balcony. Again to open those shutters and see the countryside is breathtaking! The breakfast is so bountiful, on the terraced restaurant again. My thanks to Giovani, Michael, and Serena, for making our stay memorable!

We stayed two nights in this very nice hotel in the center of pretty Radda and experienced top quality service, authentic old building with good a**osphere, nice rooms and excellent breakfast! We also had dinner outside on the terrace of the hotel restaurant and where stunned by the fantastic views, good food and very good service. A four star hotel with a close to five star experience! Stay here!

This hotel is located within walking distance to the little town. The breakfast was good. Now let's discuss the meat of the review, the bad stuff. Our 3 day stay left us wondering if the floor was ever cleaned. I say that because there was the same dead bug next to the bed the entire stay. I requested an iron to use. At first the woman working the front desk said it was illegal in Italy to allow irons in the room. I found this odd because the 2 previous hotels I stayed at just days before gave us irons to use in the room. Very interestingly the front desk staff told us on 2 separate occasions that to use the jacuzzi it would cost 45 euros per person for 90 minutes with a 2 person minimum, so 90 euros minimum. We were certain that our room included this feature as part of our room cost. NOPE! However at checkout a 3rd employee told us that our room indeed include FREE use of the jacuzzi, but failed to offer any compensation. The room itself was old and not all high end. The room lock had actual metal keys and a large brass key fob that seriously weighed a pound. I'm not joking! Parking is horrible at this hotel. You have to park in an area that is lower than the rest of the hotel property in a dirt/gravel lot. They do have 3 parking spots only to be used for check in and check out. These are located across the street from the front office, where most of the rooms are located. However at checkout time, 2 out of the 3 spots were occupied not by guests loading their luggage, but by people working for the hotel. This caused guests to block the narrow street or to haul their luggage down steps across the dirt lot. The workers should NOT be allowed to park there causing the guests to be disrupted. I would not recommend this place to family or fiends. Seriously disappointed!

We had the most wonderful time here. Staff was friendly, helpful, and definitely made out stay the best experience ever. Breakfast staff were organized and remember guests, making you feel special. The office manager went above and beyond booking us for 2 weeks when we arrived after our original booking elsewhere ended in near disaster. The rooms are beautiful, as is the entire building. Highly recommend and will return again. Best vacation ever due to Relais Vignale and staff.

Very nice hotel. The pool has amazing view. The breakfest is great with huge choice. The hotel is in center of very small and nice city. Many restaurants around. Nice bar at the pool. I didn’t try the restaurant for dinner. Room was nice, simple and clen.
