We were part of a tour group that used this hotel as its base. It's a decent hotel but in October, it's winding down for the year. The restaurant was open for breakfast for all guests, but not open for dinner. The outdoor pool was closed but it was getting cool and drizzly at our hotel anyway. That was okay since our group had our dinners in a separate private dining area. The grounds were nice although the hotel is not in walking distance of anything -- that is unless you want to try walking along very narrow, winding roads. Internet worked most of the time but was out for one evening. Our bathroom and shower were fine but there was no fan or way to vent out steam so the mirrors fog up easily.

This place was Amazing . We went here for a couple days vacation with my husband. There's a pool outside , 10 mins drive to all the restaurants. There's a spa also , free breakfast bar inside . The only thing I get lil bit upset is the drainage of the shower was blocked.

Struttura molto bella, arredi funzionali e nuovi nelle aree comuni, personale molto cordiale ma davvero poco...Camera nulla di chè, spaziosa e pulita ma ageè e rattoppata in più parti, armadio scortecciato, allarme fumo con nastro adesivo, intonaco staccato.Bagno grandissimo ma davvero brutto. Kit di cortesia presente. Qualità del sonno buona per il silenzio, finchè non si muovono le persone nel corridoio... letto non comodissimo. Gli spazi comuni invece sono spaziosi e rilassanti, la SPA davvero bella, ma, il bagno turco non funzionante, la persona che l gestisce fa tutto lei, massaggi, consegna asciugamani, sistemazione SPA. Colazione abbondante, in una sala bellissima e luminosa, ma, qualità dei prodotti davvero scarsa (salame scuro, mozzarelle acide) ottime le briochine, buono il servizio. Ristorante interno chiuso, dice per mancanza di personale (evidente ovunque). Per le potenzialità che ha la struttura, davvero un peccato.

This hotel is an older facility located in the beautiful county side. The positive of this is that the views were beautiful and although we didn't use the pool, it also looked very nice. The negative is there is nothing to do near by. We were on a bus tour and if you didn't go on an optional dinner tour one night, the restaurant wasn't open. We did have a group dinner one night at the hotel and it was excellent. There was one lady, however, who yelled at our group as we were finishing dessert telling us it was "time to go" as she starting clearing the tables. She was quite rude to our group and was also crabby the next morning at breakfast. Food was quite good at breakfast and they made coffee and drinks to order at no extra cost. Our room was spacious but older with basic run down furniture and a somewhat uncomfortable mattress. We did have a juliet balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It was clean but could have used some TLC. There was also a nice courtyard, a bar with good service, and front of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly

Struttura imponente ubicata in mezzo alle colline del Chianti. Visivamente estremamente affascinante. Spazi comuni extra large e ben arredati. Ottima la presenza della piscina esterna, molto grande fra l'altro, all'interno del parco che circonda l'Hotel. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa. Personale presente e pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Buona offerta nella colazione, forse si poteva aggiungere più di prodotti locali. Ristrutturata con gusto la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato, tuttavia presentava varie pecche, zanzariere rotte ed impianto di climatizzazione rumoroso, il bagno, con vasca, è stato ristrutturato in chiave moderna ma non affascina.

Hotel dall'enorme potenziale purtroppo inespresso. Alcune zone tenute male. Camere da riammodernare,bagni compresi. Il poco personale presente cortese e disponibile. La Spa é solo una piccola piscinetta al chiuso. Piscina esterna vivibile ma attrezzature vetuste. Colazione minima.

Slechtste ervaring ooit! Hotel is in zéér slechte staat, achterstallig onderhoud, naar rook stinkende kamers, gordijnen die totaal niet verduisterend zijn, schimmel in de badkamer, extreem gehorige kamers, onvriendelijk personeel en een waardeloos ontbijt!! Wij zijn dan ook na 1 nacht vroegtijdig vertrokken dat is het enige positieve!

De ligging is erg mooi, rustig tussen de glooiende heuvels en wijngaarden. De kamer met groot terras prima en groot. Het restaurant uitstekend, mooie en kwaliteit gerechten. Aardige en attente bediening. De enorme binnenplaats waar je vanuit de wijnbar, met mooie wijnen, de drankjes nuttigt. Prima rustig zwembad, voldoende bedden. Parkeerplaats is groot. Het ontbijt echt heel goed. Naar Radda met auto 2 minuten. Met de fiets, daarvoor wel geoefende fietser zijn. Echt een geweldig hotel met mooi uitzicht op Radda en wijngaarden.

Hotel bellissimo. Panorama dalla camera stupendo. Camera spaziosa. Colazione continentale ottima: non manca nulla e siamo riusciti a farla in terrazzo sotto a un tiepido sole. Cena molto buona (prezzi un po' sopra la media). Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina all'aperto e mio marito mi ha regalato un massaggio al centro benessere: centro piccolo ma pulito e funzionale. Molto brava e professionale la massaggiatrice. Consigliato a chi vuole concedersi qualche giorno di coccole. relax e buon cibo in una struttura esclusiva, e quindi non molto economica, nella valle del Chianti
