Veldig dyktige og fine ansatte.
Egen takst for båtbillett til hotellet som ikke er inkludert.
Hotellet er litt gammelt og slitent, og basseng og badstuer svarte ikke til forventningene. Det er nok penere om sommeren, da øya er ferieplass for rikinger.
Hotellet har veldig god mat!

Hankø has a beautiful location and absolutely worth a visit, but not the hotel. This hotel is old and poor quality - bathroom really need a renovation and all the rooms need a bit more sound proofing. You can here everything. Bad food in the restaurant both days, except for breakfast. Receptionist could`nt understand the Norwegian language very well, and was over all stressed out and not very nice. Restaurant staff probably did the best they could, but they seem to lack both motivation and knowledge as well, service is not the top priority at this hotel. We won`t go back there again.

This was a new and thrilling trip where the experience started already when we parked the car and took the little ferry across the wather, then we walked up to the hotel in a beautiful and fantastic nature! When we come into the reception we met a pleasant and nice receptionist. The room was great and i also ordered a classic massage and that was so good! i order massage whenever im on trip and this one was the best i ever had! The jacuzzi was also so relaxing , and we loved our stay ! At dinner we get three-course and the food was fantastic ! We will definitely come back!

Incredibly nice place, lots of nature, but dilapidated hotel in need of renovation not worth having **** gives max **.
Good service staff who seemed to try to do everything with little means. In my experience, a nonchalant man behind the front desk who had a hard time addressing women, on several occasions I was left in the middle of the conversation when he left the front desk. Very nice women behind the reception who did everything to answer our questions the young woman was new and it was felt that the rude man addressed her rudely in front of the customers. At the restaurant we could only get a buffet, a buffet for NOK 595, which they didn't even know what kind of food would be served. The other restaurant, which had better food, they couldn't accommodate us as they had a lot to do even though the restaurant was almost full Empty.

Magical wedding weekend at beautiful Hankø Fjordhotell. Fantastic service, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful rooms and delicious food. The staff were attentive and organized everything in an excellent way.

What a stay at the Hankø Hotel and Spa. We were able to enjoy magnificent walks on the island, each time ending with a sauna and a jacuzzi. It was a very relaxing vacation. The hosts took great care of us, and the chefs' cooking was excellent! Go there with your eyes closed for a getaway surrounded by nature.

- The staff could not speak Norwegian except for the hotel manager
-To our great surprise, the hotel was full of what we assume were refugees.
-We couldn't order lunch from the menu as they only had 'today's' for sure because of the refugees. (We managed to scramble for some sandwiches)
-Dinner was only a buffet and there was no room for all paying guests.
- The hotel is run down. The corridors in the hotel could have been on a Danish boat and our bathroom looked like it had last been renovated in the 80s.
-Very listen. You hear everything around, above, below. Especially noisy children from
Total renovation is probably the only thing that can save the hotel. Today it appears as a boarding house/reception.
I think everyone who goes here on a 'spa weekend' goes home disappointed. Choose another hotel
