Decent hotel, one block in the Radisson Blue Radebeul area. The rooms are equipped like those in the Radisson Blue, well located for a trip to Radebeul.

We were stayed there because it was near an event we attended. It was a nice place and I wish I had had enough time to check out the spa area. All I can really say, spacious room, everything kept up well, big bathtub (if you're into that). We were both very content with the breakfast.

I was unaware that there would be an additional charge to use the pool and hottub. I booked this hotel specifiacally for the use of them. Disappointed to learn it was 10 euros per person per time used.

Up until the time of the bill, I was still fairly convinced, but after three emails the problem was finally solved (bill 100€ too high) and prices did not match the previously stated. e.g. 16.50€ for breakfast, billed 21.50. There was an extra 5€ to pay for drinks, wasn't that stated anywhere?
At New Year's Eve dinner, a waiter made a mistake and a glass of red wine was spilled on my jacket, trousers, blouse and shoes. After consultation, he said he had to take care of it himself and then send the bill (cost around 50€). Who knows whether it would be paid without any problems? I think there should have been a lot more than what was described, so in conclusion, the hotel was good so far, but the service was bad.

A great hotel, very quite , nice spa and location. Good breakfast buffet.
We didn't like the carpet in the room it was clean but stained.- and that they charged extra for the spa.
