A&G Hotel

I did not come to this hotel but to the one right next door, the Jost Caravel. The A&G hotel is absolutely not on the seafront, the pretty garden in front no longer exists, a hotel building is built right in front. The beach is just a vacant lot with 5 deckchairs...

We were on holiday here for 12 days. The stars were won with milk points. Bird poop on the terrace never removed during the stay (found upon arrival), ants in the room, beds never made, bathroom cleaned in a summary manner. Nightmare breakfast: croissants always burnt, fruit juices (2) of a phosphorescent color and unspeakable flavor, fizzy jams and in general the little that was there was of poor quality. I felt sick and asked for tea: they gave it to me but it was expired. There was no honey, dry biscuits either. Unprepared staff, always on the cell phone or smoking in the garden except for one gentleman (who is a teacher) at the reception who was very kind. I had booked a room for my parents too and when we got there it wasn't there. They gave them another smaller one at the same price obviously. I attach a photo

Mi piace viaggiare e mi affido anche io alle recensione degli altri nella scelta delle strutture. Non è facile, siamo tutti diversi e con esigenze differenti. Per questo, prima di scrivere la recensione, Vi lascio alcune info su chi sono. Amo viaggiare, mi piace anche lo spirito avventuroso “zaino in spalla”. In alcuni “paesi” pernotto su ostelli e quando sono in montagna nelle mie adorate Dolomiti anche in bivacco. In Albania abbiamo scelto un hotel a 4stelle (3 notti 255€). Le foto su booking le abbiamo trovate ingannevoli rispetto alla realtà. La struttura si presenta così: nonostante si percepisca che sia una costruzione recente si vede che è stata mantenuta male (crepe nelle murature vicino alle porte, 1 vetro rotto, spazi comuni mal curati ed esterni completamente incolti). La pulizia: Nonostante si possano essere impegnati la Camera non è mai risultata completamente pulita. Vetri unti, battiscopa con 2 dita di polvere, Testiera del letto con polvere e terrazzo nn curato. Alcuni componenti del bagno cadevano al Solo tocco (porta carta igienica e sciacquone dell’acqua). Servizi: È compreso nel costo lettini e ombrelloni che si trovano di fronte l’hotel. Spiaggetta piccola ma carina, comoda dove potrete ammirare un bel tramonto e sorseggiare il vs drink preferito. Colazione: discreta un po’ più di attenzione per eventuali intolleranze sarebbe stata apprezzata. Personale: gentile ma evidente non formato per offrire servizi di ristorazione ed hotellerie.
