沒有任何服務,衞生情況極差,枕頭上有不明白色污染,懷疑是牙膏。我也希望是牙膏。冰箱裏又不知道那個客人留下來半瓶礦泉水。差評

The stay was very average - the main reason for booking this specific place was for the breakfast... heads up that they do not have a breakfast. They set up juice boxes, apples and oranges from 8am-10am to have 'breakfast'. Seeing as this was a ski trip for myself that did not suffice and I managed to spend another $30 to get hot coffee and a filling breakfast elsewhere. Considering that extra price cost, you could easily find a better stay that would include a breakfast. The room was extremely hot and smelled of mildew upon arrival. Luckily it was only a night stay and the shower and bathtub was not needed as they were pretty disturbing looking.

Well, I don’t know where to start and what to say. But I am going to try to be as descriptive as I can. My wife and I and her parents spent the weekend of March 9. 10 and 11 2023 at the Chalet in Radium Hot Spring. We have known this hotel since 2016. And we loved it since our first stay. But now there is new owners. The Check In Prior to our arrival I had to call the hotel to let them know that we cancelled the March 9 with ******* and that we would not be there for that night. I also made sure to inform the management of the hotel that I would pay no matter what for the 3 nights as ******* will reimburse us for the first night. So far so good. And then it started… when I called the Hotel, Terry the general manager/owner answer the phone as such “hello” that is it, nothing like “good afternoon Le Chalet Hotel how may I help you” like any other Hotels would answer the phone with professionalism. 3 times I called the hotel; 3 times I had the same cold “hello”. Anyway, on March 10 we arrived at the hotel and went to the front desk. No one was there but just a sign that said “call this number for assistance. So, I called the number. And guess what? I got the same cold “hello” asking what I wanted. I explained to Terry that I wanted to check in. His answer was that the check-in was at 4pm and that I had to wait. I then explained to him that I technically should get my room now because I already paid for it. He then said (in a very rude and unprofessional way) that someone was coming and then hung up on me. A few minutes later the cleaner lady came and checked us in. The Room We got one of the loft/family suites and from the moment we got in the problems started. The room is for 6 people, and we only had towels for 2 people. So, I went to find the cleaner lady and asked for 2 more sets of towels. While waiting for her we noticed that a piece of gum was just sitting on the corner of the fireplace. That gum was old and not from yesterday. The fridge was dirty and hasn’t been cleaned for a while. The cutlery and dishes were greasy and so filthy. There was a weird tapestry on the kitchen wall that did not belong there, and the reason was that it was just put there to hide the gigantic holes in the wall where a table used to be. Finaly the cleaner lady came with our towels. Right away I show her the gum sitting on the fireplace. She pressed it with her finger and said, “yup that’s gum”. When I showed her the fridge she just said “sorry “and went on her way. Leaving us with a filthy kitchen and a piece of gum to stare at for the whole weekend. Later we saw that cleaner lady and asked for firewood. She then said, “oh they didn’t put wood in your room”? I said no. She then said, “well if there is no wood then you can’t make fire then” and again went on her way. I was just speechless. The Breakfast The first morning around 10:00am, we went to the lobby where breakfast was served (if you can call it breakfast). Boiled Eggs, mini muffin and apples sitting on a

Definitely need upgrade for everything. The front desk doesn’t do any job . What’s mean is that the towels are short??? I can’t get it . Next day we get fresh towels but there are stains everywhere. It wasn’t clean it . Breakfast is nothing . Hot water and water machine is broken. We won’t never go back to this hotel. Only location is ok . The hotel picture has saunas but they don’t have sauna . Very disappointed.

We return to the mountains often- every 1-2 month year around and stayed in many hotels, motels and private accommodations. To stay in Radium Chalet was my dream for many years. This time my husband surprised me with booking this hotel. The location of this hotel makes a breathtaking views from the room and hotel itself looks like a fairy tale castle. The rest is terrible! The hotel needs major repairs, renovations and sanitation! There were mouse droppings in the drovers under the coat rail, there were bugs (like little cockroaches) in the bathroom. Mind you, those little bugs are harmless. The bedding and towels were badly washed, had stains on them. The faucet was leaking, the heating had only 2 working settings: off and max. It was too cold or too hot. The heating system was so laud that it woke us up during night. The carpet was very old, dirty and damaged. The balcony door was missing a doorknob, the fireplace had large stones unglued. The kitchenette was badly stocked, the kettle had a damaged cord and worked only at specific angle. The mini fridge was filthy. There wasn’t coffee in the room, only tea was provided, contrary to advertising. Also, advertising said that the free breakfast was included, however only bad coffee was in the hall in a large dram. This hotel needs a lot of work to make it on par with the rest of motels and hotels in Radium! Maybe a new management, who will take pride in his/her work and treat this historical gem with respect and dignity!

The view is well worth it. The bed was very old and one side was sunk in enough for me to slide a bit during the night. The dishes werent clean. The door to the balcony was very hard to open. The table was barely attached to the wall. The included breakfast was next to nothing.
