I booked the room for two assuming there would be basic facilities which anyone can expect like ac, geyser etc. I found rats roaming in the first room which was given. Also, ac was not functional as lights were on and off due to tripping. In the second room allotted, m ac was fixed on fixed temperature (16) and was not possible to change. Again room was changed but power was continued fluctuating whole night. I had to cancel the second night booking die to such experience. Staff also was not polite.

Shalimar palace is located at a walking distance from famous civil lines x-ing. It's a decent 3 star hotel with great amenities, well behaved hotel staff, food facilities at door step. Hotel rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. It's a good choice for a short stay as a tourist. I recommend it to solo travellers or small families.

It's a nice stay in raebareli, a very much accessible location. The only problem is the 100 meters road towards the hotel. It's very muddy.

It was good, but room service and food timing was not comfortable. Like at 10 pm restaurant was close so we have taken dinner outside. Water leakage from geser and other taps. Water was stored in bathroom, ther is no wiper to remove and wash

I booked 1 room for a single person. The room was smelly and dark with no ventilation. The kitchen was closed and i could not get anything to eat. About the staff, they were very helpfull.

This hotel is situated at an excellent location. Reception female staff is so courteous. Only issue which i faced is presence of mosquitoes in the room. Rest is all right
