Overall an average property. Might opt for farmstays next time. Activities are overpriced. Staff is unclear on various things. Food is pretty basic and amenities are not taken care of

If your only motive behind visiting kolad is river rafting than please check with hotel if river rafting is opened as we understood its been 15 months river rafting has been closed by local authorities. Also check with hotel for activities included in your package. Below activities that we saw 1. Indoor games - carrom snake and ladder ludo chess playing cards no table tennis no dart archery is included for 2 days stay package 2. Outdoor games - badminton 3. Water sports - kalakin no fishing (as gear itself is not available with hotel) other activities by hotel : only 3 activities are done by hotel including kayaking rope way crossing and one more that too one person is allowed each sport only ones at this rate if your intention is to relax kindly consider other options which are available at cheaper rates. Stay : we tried both ac premium and ac regular tent ac premium tent : ac not able to cool, water leakage from ac only 2 water bottle are provided by hotel any new bottle is chargeable at rs 50 per bottle. If you dont want too then get ready to walk at-least 10 15 min everytime. No proper locking system for tent regular ac tent: i personally didn't liked it as placed where you open tent door during raining season its full of water bed is okay rest nothing so attractive or good about regular ac tent. Food : food no doubt is good non veg only single item will be available in breakfast lunch dinner. Network: no network zone completely isolated.

Quality of the food was good. Veg options were sufficient and with good taste.

Good activities collection, although we couldn’t do rafting due to technical glitch at power stations but overall a good property, we did kayaking, zip line etc. Nearly zero network for other than jio, food quality and room cleanliness could be better. Good weekend getaway destination

location was good but don't book regular tent ⛺ food was good please take all meals tent becaise food was expensive water bottle price 50 rs over okay experience not good not bad regular tent was not good if u family go for review view room.

There are multiple issues with property 1 no good location 2 no room services 3 no food option not even tea when asked separate 4 room not up to the mark 5 no wi fi not worth don't book it

The hotel and room were not at all value for money. Poor cleanliness. Even the dining area was not clean
