The rooms are extremely clean,i would stay again and would highly recommend anyone else to if you are in the area , all the ladies at reception were so happy and welcoming it made the stay even more comfartble . Any Information me and my family needed or any assistance was attended to by hannah who knew everything we needed to know and was so happy to help the whole experience of the hotel was great .

All-in-all, I was prepared for the TravelLodge & it certainly achieves a high score for VFM. The fact that its located within a service station, accessible from the East & West routes, could be considered advantageous as you have a WH Smith, Burger King, KFC, M&S Food shop right on your doorstep. However, be prepared to pay top prices for anything bought & to get very tired of chips & burgers etc quite quickly. I stayed here for just over a week & found it easier & much better value to drive elsewhere for all shops. As for the TL, Breakfast on the Go. These are a well prepared & designed box of Cornflakes, Chocolate croissant, Flapjack, Juice etc & by day 4, I was desperate for a change of content, but like any condemned soldier, as there was no alternative, you just had no option other than to eat it, to exist. The biggest other issue, apart from no fridge to store perishables, was the fact that the TL only provide hangers to store clothes, so you have no drawers at all to put anything else in & therfore must store all your other, (unhung), effects in your suitcase. OK, for a day, I guess. Very irritating if your here for a week. I did ask one member of staff about the lack of drawers & defo got the feeling it was a very regular question. My room was at the rear where you have a quite lovely view of trees, birds & nothing else. Very peaceful

We came down several times to ask for more pillows and a fan. Genya was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her she always had a smile on her she was friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. We were a litte frazzled from the long drive but genya helped us to relax by making us laugh

I stayed at the Travelodge just off M2 , and I have to say my stay here did not start off too well with the wi fi not working for me . Also I wanted a room upstairs not ground floor . But the duty receptionist Sotti soon rectified everything and also he offered to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs , but I declined his very nice offer . And the room I was given was in the quiet section which I wanted and it was very clean , smelt fresh and bed was so comfortable. So all in all especially thanks to Sotti I will be returning there to the Medway Travelodge when I have business up in Kent .

Estuvimos 2 semanas y en las dos semanas no limpiaron el Baño , ni la habitación ,ni un solo día y la ropa De cama la Cambiaron después de una semana y después de haber ido 3 días seguidos a recepción a pedir para que los hicieran , así que horrible para la limpieza , la atención en recepción magnífica .

Love staying here, really clean, staff are really friendly and when we see Dave in the evening he is really helpful, polite and always happy and willing to help. All the staff we have met have made us feel comfortable so would highly recommended this place to stay.

Wanted a location with quick and easy access to Motorway as we were going to my sons wedding the next day. A little worried about location as we thought it might be prone to noise. We had an excellent nights sleep and were able to get away promptly and easy access to the M2. It is possible to cross over to the other carriageway.
