DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I read all the negative reviews on Google and TripAdvisor and thought it can't be that bad. I was wrong the worst hotel and hotel service. Unfortunately we couldn't check in until 8pm. We had called earlier and spoke with reception to make sure the room, bedding and the bathroom would be clean. However, that was NOT the case. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was dirty: sheets, sink, bathroom, garbage can 1: sheets looked clean but if you looked closely you could see how dirty and worn out it was 2: Both the main door to the room and bathroom door had trouble closing. You almost had to slam the door and hold the handle upright 3: Lots of mosquitos 4: Wifi issues. My husband had a really important zoom meeting in the evening. When we called earlier they told us the WiFi had issues but it's fixed. THEY LIED. Wifi still didn't work. Thankfully I had just bought a good data package. We found the best hotspot signal in the housekeeping building. Which had rats running around 4: They offered us a "newly renovated" room which was filled with dust and not ready for guests We were stuck. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE
