After room allotment very poor service, we staying 4 days, not change bed sheet, towal, blank-ate very dirty, room not clean properly, refill water bottle provided.

As such location is good. But during heavy rains, there is ankle deep dirty water in front of hotel. Car parking and removal is difficult. Upkeep of hotel is not impressive. Outside bath room a small carpet is necessary. Tv ac working remotes are not properly checked. Overall needs improvement. Full money worth is not realised. Rajahmundry is not well maintained city

Booked a ac room management was not given blanket and worst cleaning rooms beds r coming bad smell wash rooms are not good

Stayed 4 nights, tv wasnt working, hotel staff not at all professionally trained, linen was worn out and not clean.
