The resort is average in my opinion, swimming pool was dirty with greenish water, frogs were in pool, duck were swimming in pool, water stinking bad, food mentioned in menu was not available etc

Best hotel in kumbhalgarh and very spacious rooms, very well maintained with great amenities. It's newly renovated. Jai niwas palace has the vibes of rajasthan heritage.

Good place and great food with fast service. Best resort in Kumbhalgarh for your vacation . Highly recommend hotel in Kumbhalgarh . Resort has various amenities like swimming pool , indoor games. Best part is the room, very spacious rooms and good decor

Best hotel in kumbhalgarh and very spacious rooms, very well maintained with great amenities. It's newly renovated. Jai niwas palace has the vibes of rajasthan heritage. Great view from the property. Very well maitained. Highly recommneded.

I don't know what was with the place but the staff was very bad. They dint serve the food on time. Tv was not working. It was an horrible experience

We booked duplex room but they upgraded to the supur duplex room it's just woww. Good room good atmosphere and very good service food is very good and poket friendly. We recommend to stay if your are wist kumbhalgarh.

Overall property was good. But rooms doesn't have ventilation. Food quantity and staff was good.

Staff including manager's behavior were not proper. In 1 room ac was not working and staff was aware of that they try to show that there were repairing but after 2 hrs they couldn't do and after fight with them finally they allow to change room. They do not have proper hot water system, first when u decide to go for bath need to on geyser and after 30 min will get hot water. One person can take bath and again u need to wait for 30 min.

Beautiful boutique hotel with garden, swimming pool ***** with playing area. Food is delicious and homely. Service is prompt and friendly.
