We booked two rooms. There were no basic things in the room like blanket, towel, soap, etc. It was available in the reception. Only upon asking, these were provided and that too one or two items missing in each room. Heater not working. And air conditioners were leaking. Washrooms are not cleaned properly. No parking facility is there. Fan sound was terrible. The rooms are very costly for the facilities there.
