I had wonderful experience.i Really enjoyed my journey. And the service rendered in the star palace was awesome. All the staffs are good. Especially in F&B department Ms. Kirti. She is really kind and very helpful...........................

Ambience of the property is good , posh and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. Foos is delicious, restaurant staff and lady restaurant managers are very quick in response, efficient and friendly. Ms Kirti has excellent customer rapo and she is very efficient and effective. We wish all young lady & boys executive working for this hotel all the very best.

Had a great stay here. It was a very pleasant stay. Five stars for them. Very clean. Service was on time. They provide complementary breakfast and it's simply super. The lunch was very good. Room service was very neat. They provide clean drinking water. All needs for stay was provided like soap shampoo dental kits etc.

Very happy with the services provided and the room very clean and tidy. Excellent customer service in hotel’s restaurant, especially miss kirthi. Very polite and soft spoken. Excellent hospitality. Satisfied and Will recommend this hotel.

The family had a fun stay. The staff was very proactive to all the demands of family members. The rooms were spacious and the food was very good. The rooms were very clean and I really liked the idea of 2 tv. Due to the 2 tv, both the kids were happy and watched the channels that they wished

Good stay and helpful staff. This hotel is in a centralised location and is close to most of the temples I. Rameswaran. The staff here is helpful and cooperative. It’s a good place to stay for family of bachelors. Amenities provided in hotel are also good.
