Boasts a superb location with breathtaking mountain views and direct sight of Ramboda Falls. The well-maintained facilities and comfortable rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere. Welcome was very good , The place were this is located is superb , Rooms were very clean and neat The most important is the food. Their restaurant manager was very humble kind , he made us very comfortable .( his experience in hotel industry was clearly shown with his work he made very sure that we are rallying enjoying the food and made as per our taste requested ) MR.CHAMINDA YAPA BANDRA will be asset for this hotel oak tea bush Rally a great person . Mr.Pubudu at the reception counter was very soft and humble hassle free checkin and check out . He served with a welcome drink and refreshing Towel which refreshed us after a long journey Value for money .

Big, clean room with balcony and espectacular view to waterfall and valley. Tea- and coffee boiler in the room. Nice restaurant with a terrasse outside for taking a drink. Big choise of food at the buffet. Breakfast a little too expensive (2.700 Rupies), but it was a buffet, too.

We stayed 3 nights - the hotel has the most beautiful view. We changed rooms due to noise and no hot water and wifi. But we have been moved In a much better room for us. The hotel manager is super professional and friendly and provides best service same as the reception team. Pubudu is a super friendly worker there. The buffet is great and highly recommended. The tap beer tastes like aluminium unfortunately. They are very child friendly and we would always come back to this beautiful location ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Clean hotel friendly staff and amazing view, we enjoyed the breakfast of the waterfall, hearing the sound of waterfall during the sleep is fantastic... we hope to visit it again and pass more times in it... the hotel placed in ramboda wich is a beautiful city.

Дверь моего 402 номера балы убита, самостоятельно я ее открыть не могла,останавливались в данном отеле на одну ночь.Не предоставили тапочки,халат,но главное,что мне удалось-это вытребовать зубную щетку.Кондиционера нет ,вентилятор.два душа,один с видом на горы тропический, другой обычный.Балкон с видом на водопад.,как и ресторан этого отеля,еда на троечку данного швецкого стола.Главное это панорамный вид,на остальное можно закрыть глаза

Oak Ray Tea Bush has a great location overlooking pretty much everything...Waterfalls, Tea Gardens, Paddy fields, mountains, streams & a Valley. Other than the view the hotel is pretty ordinary. The room is ok & the food is average even though they have a large spread....more quantity than quality. The hotel is in an ideal location while traveling from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya/Ella. It is also close to a Waterfall & Hanuman Temple. The 4 stars are for the location.

The hotel view from the rooms is awesome and big rooms and bathrooms. But there's a smell in the bathroom and its not that clean for the price u pay. We had room service and the foid was good.
