Excellent hotel, entire staff was warm and courteous . Food at Azark was great and the serving staff Brij , nitin , Gaurav , deepak and both chefs took great care Mr Satyapal from their nature and outdoor team also took great care Would love to come again sometime later

Very nice Stay. Off beat location. Nice resort and services. Bar service good. They booked the jungle safari for us. We did one more outing to the top of mountain night watch in resort was good my wife did horse riding also. We had great fun time. Restaurant was good.

This was my 4th visit to this hotel simply because we just love it! It’s right in the middle of the jungle away from all the crowded areas of Ramnagar unlike the other properties in Corbett. The location is far better than all those next to the river.. Surprised how they are able to give this 5 star experience at this location! Kudos to the ***agement. Special thanks to Mr. Anil Rawat for taking extra care of us like family whenever we dined, Mr. Ishwar, Mr. Kanchan, Mr. Sat Pal and Mr. Gaurav Chhabra all deserve a special mention. The only thing that can improve is the front desk staff, Mr. Yash Pal is really good at his work but the others- specially Miss. Chitra, do not go with the niceness of the property. People might get stressed if the call gets answered by her.. not so well spoken and presentable, may even start judging the property, but trust me.. it is really good once you’ve crossed the reception 😋 Similar experience with Chef Joshi- who still pacified later. Some people just don’t go with the resort vibe and would do better at corporate/ business hotels. Otherwise the staff is 10/10. Most of them treat it like their home and are very attached to the place. The overall experience was so wonderful that I feel sad even that I had to write bad for two people in particular this time! Hopefully it would help them grow. Must try this place !

It exceeded our expectations in every way from the location to the rooms to the food to the pool to the people to the landscaping to the amenities. Special shout out to the people there from the night guard Rawat to the Naturalist Satyapal ji to the waiters and ***agers and Gypsy drivers. Everyone was warm and helpful.

Saraca resort is the amazing property located in the heart of jungle , we really enjoyed our stay here and it’s a highly enjoyable place for kids and family. Food quality and service is excellent I give special regards & thanks to Jagdish and Ishwar for providing us exceptional service , keep up the good work.

From parking to resort in an open air gypsy was an experience worth remembering. The best part is the food. What a wide variety of buffet spread. Delicious. The open air sitting during dinner amid-st cool breeze, since property is on a mountain, the breeze starts flowing in the evening, also the gutarist, in all together makes a perfect dinner. The pool deck area also has a bar.

5. Welcome heritage nainital - property is beautiful, however service is very slow, people don't pick up calls in reception or housekeeping, they take eternity to deliver stuff, room rates are equivalent to 5 star, paid approx 12 k per night, however the dinner served was like food in a road side restaurant, there was no buffet, neither for bfast not for dinner, breakfast served was very basic nothing like a star hotel, the f&b staff was very courteous, but they were nit at fault as they were highly short staffed, only 2 servers, one in morning and one in dinner, not expected out of a welcome heritage property. Saraca resort and spa corbett amazing property, amazing staff, amazing hospitality, they ticked all the dots to make our stay excellent, loved it

It was overall a great experience, the stay was amazing with various activities in house such as horse riding, cycling and ***y more.
