Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review:
1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there
2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club
3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice
4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door
5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected
My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.

Just OK, no more If you just want a place to sleep and rest, this place is more than ... but if you want more than that, if you want to spend a special time with someone, rest from the hustle and bustle of work to leisure, want to enjoy the hotel facilities ... then for me this is NOT the place 1. Our room was worn (Room 511). The bed sheet is stained, the glass door to the shower cannot be fully opened because it is stuck on the tiles, the shower layout does not provide a place to store soap (even though they give a soap dispenser and shampoo all in one), There is no proper place to store toletries around the bathroom sink, and there is no place for women to dress 2. The food in this hotel is so so considering that we see this 4 * hotel, plain fried rice without special taste, sausage is a bit hard and cold, the coffee as we guess is not too OK. Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. The room condition is not very tight, because we can hear the chairs squeezed in the next room. For a 4 * Hotel, and in the room we booked, I won't give a rating more than average

Location in front of the Sentul industrial entrance. There is no food selling around the hotel. To AEON mall Sentul ± 30 minutes without tolls. Good price with good service and facilities, I'm staying with my kids they have a bunch of programs that will busy with your kids, they have some pool, when we have breakfast, still need to improve because still cannot control the crowd, have a bit issue with room because the have a air-conditioning leaking and the shower run not maximum, but overall they have a good room
