Hampton Inn Sacramento/Rancho Cordova

Everything was fine only thing is they needed more bacon on the breakfast items and food was warm.They need to update the food heating

It is a very good hotel and I like it because they have really soft beds and a Free breakfast buffet in the morning and the hospitality staff were amazing as well I would stay here again obviously

Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. My only negative was that there was no ice cream in the little store area. Usually find ice cream at the Hampton Inn lol..

The AC/heater gave off a horrible smell. It was the smell of Urine, which means that mold and bacteria are growing in the HVAC system due to trapped moisture, usually from clogged filters, a backed-up drain pan, etc. We asked for another room but they did not have one. We slept uncomfortably without the HVAC running. Could not open the window. The tub would not drain. Took a shower and all of the water was at my calves when done. Staff did not offer any discount. We paid for something and did not get what we paid for. There should always be compensation when something like this goes wrong. Was not a Karen. Just asking politely.

Staff was super friendly, but property is old and smells musty. Shower had great pressure and beds were comfy. Really good pillows and could log in to my Netflix on the TV in room. My 12 yo daughter wouldn't eat anything at the breakfast. Breakfast area is super crowded and small.

Brianna at the front desk is amazing - very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast which is nice. Room is nice as well, spacious and clean. You do have to pay for parking, so just be aware.

They never changed the bed sheets when we were gathering our belongings at the end of our stay, we checked the bed to make sure we didn’t leave anything and in between the bottom of the sheets were peanuts. We had snacks with us, but nothing with nuts were allergic. So that’s to say that the bed sheets were never changed
