Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova

I was charged for the room on this site that I booked and then once I arrived at the Marriott I was charged again for the room plus $250 for a deposit and was told that I am only getting my deposit back because this site did not charge me. I should the proof the $ was taken out of my account and I was told that there is nothing they can do I will have to see if this site will give me my $ back. Very disappointed considering this was the 3rd time staying at this place and I have not had this problem before. The front desk said that this site never noted I paid.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and the recent upgrades to both the rooms and the hotel overall are impressive. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and pleasantly quiet—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. The rooms were quite old and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was particularly concerning as it was dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, there was no water available during the night of our stay. It only came back in the morning, which caused a significant inconvenience. Overall, the room and its amenities were far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here until improvements are made.

Landed at this hotel after a scary two night stay at a property one exit down that my colleague and I checked out of with no future hotel reservations. This hotel was our first stop to check out and explore for our it future 9 night reservations of our 11 day business trip. From the moment we walked in Ariana was very sweet and accommodating. Everyday greeting us with a smile asking how our stay was. Thank you for all your help and hospitality. Property was really nice, rest of staff very helpful. Looking forward to staying here on all my next Sac visits. Room was very cozy and nice view of the Tierra looking out high floor parking lot side windows.

Everything was clean and perfect! Loved the two king beds vs most places only have queens. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was a big plus!

Always stay here for volleyball tournaments. Convenient, clean and friendly people with a welcoming pool and outdoor space

Nice rooms with lots of space. Updated bathroom. Great location with quick access to the highway. Only complaint is some type of noise that is continuous in the room. Maybe HVAC?
