Always me and my girlfriends place to stay in Rancho, never had a problem can’t wait for next visit miss the cookies

$10 for parking is silly, wasn't notified that the restaurant was open for breakfast, and besides hearing the people above us walk around, it was a good stay. Interesting room layout, and shower curtain could have used replacement but these are little things. Would stay there again!

We arrived and the front desk person was extremely overwhelmed and kept saying she was working by herself so we went ahead and checked in on the app, but asked her for an extra key and to add one adult to the reservation since we couldn't on the app. The rest of the stay the only friendly individuals were the breakfast crew, the day front desk person lacked complete hospitality. The day of check out, they started knocking on the door at 9AM (check out is at 11), they knocked a total of three times before actual check out time even though every time we told them we were not leaving yet. After we checked out I received the bill and we did not get credited for the two adults for MyWay benefit with Hilton Honors even though we had informed the hotel there were two adults (and they charged breakfast for two adults). I placed 4 calls with Hilton Honors and every time the hotel did not agree to give the Gold Hilton Honors Benefit. We have now opened a dispute with Hilton Honors in order to received the credit.

The hotel is dingy. The rooms while spacious are filthy. Both chairs and the couch are hideously stained. There are sketchy men getting stoned outside and the front staff look over burdened. I would go elsewhere. We are here for a school event and I wont ever be back.

We held a business meeting with 70 people at this hotel and it was perfect. Great location with lots of food options close by. The staff were all very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean, and the suite layout was nice with a separate bedroom/living area. Provided for a nice place to get work done away from my resting area. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience!

We had three rooms. Each one of them smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. My kids were in the hallway and a creepy guy opened his room with a lit cigarette in his mouth. Very creepy with kids. Staff was incredible mean and could care less. We had three rooms with breakfast included and they only gave us one breakfast per room. They charged my credit card for my kids breakfast without my permission. There are so many better hotels near here. Stay there!

Such great potential for a lovely “ranch”-modern setting. However this is the second time that I have stayed and each time, felt dirty. I thought the first time was a fluke, given the price and past reputation (I should have read more reviews). This time, again there was someone else’s hair in the sink and tub. A nonsmoking room that made me sick - I awoke in the night each night from the odor of way more than 1-10 smokers' residue, previous to my stay. And a ragged shower curtain that looks like my cat got to it. No, no more chances.

We booked this hotel so our 6-year-old son can have a pool to swim. When we got there, the pool was closed and the staff had no idea when it would reopen. Tried getting the manager but he basically refused to talk to me. Asked if they could help us gain access to a pool in nearby hotels and was rudely refused by the front desk, didn't want to try to help their guests. Also the room has a strange smell - i get it, it's an old hotel that needs to be updated. If you value customer service, I would definite NOT recommend this hotel.

This is a well-maintained hotel in a nicer area of Sacramento, with very quick access to Interstate 80, allowing one to travel east to Lake Tahoe or west to San Francisco. The finishes in the room were contemporary, and the decor/art work gave a nod to nearby Sierra Nevadas (about an hour away). We dined at a restaurant recommended by the hotel that was within walking distance, and served three quality meals a day. Staff was courteous and helpful.
