Hotel is very good . Room is big. There are varieties of foods for breakfast and food tastes good. Parking is $14 per day. Deposit is $50 per day.
Rancho Cordova is close to Sacramento where is not much to see. I have stayed for three days and has no complaints.

Meh. Worn out pillows. no service - our dirty bedsheets sheets ended up being changed by the maintenance guy

Likes: Early check-in, nice bedroom set-up, free breakfast, and easy access to freeway & restaurants. I also liked the quietness in the bedroom (adjacent rooms), hallway, and hotel surroundings. Plenty of parking spaces. Dislikes: Every time I asked for a complimentary bottled water, front desk always asked if I'm a member (which I am). Per brochure in the room it states: room cleaning will be done after spending 2 nights. On 3rd night, I have to request for room cleaning/take out trash, etc. (this should have been done automatically). Need to replace carpet/floor in the elevators, they're old/dirty. Add variety on breakfast.

The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we might need, including some extra bedding. We had the complimentary breakfast this morning, and it was one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in a hotel! Lots of options and everything was tasty. Housekeeping staff seems very efficient and friendly as well. Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn't have a soap dish in our bathroom, and that is just because I was searching for something negative to say!

Zach at front desk was kind and helpful. The breakfast is good. Hotel is clean. Staff are all friendly and kind. East walk to Disney parking lot bus. Pool is outdoors but heated (they say as I haven’t been in the pool).

The hotel was dirty, the bed had dirty linen and the service was unpleasant and arrogant. My planned 60th birthday evening with my wife was seriously disrupted.

I did not appreciate being charged $14 for parking. The rooms were not insulated from sound. Plumbing made nouse. People voices in hall and adjacent rooms were excessive. Breakfast was good.
