The Hilton Garden Inn Rancho Cucamonga is my go to location when visiting SoCal. During every visit, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and staffed with polite and helpful team members - which is why I keep returning. Rengie and the culinary team make each morning's breakfast a nice treat. In the evening, the restaurant offers a variety of flavorful and inventive happy hour specials - in addition to standard dinner offerings. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the Ontario Mills Mall, with a variety of shops, restaurants and movie theaters, is directly across Fourth Street from the hotel.

Whatever the Manager is doing at this location, keep it up. It is quite obvious they know what it takes to run a successful hotel property. Although the property is a bit dated, they are in the process of doing a complete renovation. My biggest complaint is the shower. Not enough water flow and it takes about ten minutes before you can get hot water. Hopefully this will be rectified with the remodel. I gave 5 stars because of the ppl. From the front desk to the grounds keeper you will be welcomed as if you are part of a family. Front desk actually answers the phone and all issues are addressed promptly. My most memorable experience is with the interactions with Rengie and the food staff. She always has a smile on her face and is exactly what you want in service. Quick and professional along with wonderful food selections at reasonable prices. The location is perfect if you are looking for alternatives for lunch/dinner. The mall is right across the street. In summary, I have stayed at this location over a hundred nights and would return a hundred more. Keep up the great work!

I have had to visit and stay at a Hotel for the past 2 months. I choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Why? The people, they are amazing from front desk to housekeeping. The number one person is Rengie, the person who handles breakfast every morning. Many of the items are continental with the ability to order. She treats you like a 5-star customer, gets items for you and ensures that you are happy. She has amazing, genuine customer service skills.

Wonderful to have a nice hot breakfast after a hectic week. Rengie took great care of me. I wanted for nothing while eating breakfast and catching up on emails and notes for the week. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Not sure I could ask for anything more.

Very helpful staff. Shout out to Rengio for being so accommodating and nice during breakfast time. The front desk personnel are also to be complimented as they try to tend to our needs whenever an issue arrives. Overall great experience I stayed for several days.

Only thing I can appreciate is the courteous service of on-site grill team for breakfast and dinner. My shower was equipped with hand soap instead shower gel. It took 24 hours to get replaced. Front desk did not have even small bottle of shower gel or body wash to fix the problem before housekeeping comes next day. Accidentally I paid one night dinner bill with credit card and forgot to grab the receipt. Now it’s 12 days since following up and could not get itemized receipt from restaurant. Every time front desk make false promise and their operations manager Janelle never returned call after at least 5 times of voicemail Ridiculous customer service. Front desk lady Nancy could not even understand the difference between itemized receipt and bank statement transaction. She kept saying my bank will provide itemized receipt what I ate in dinner and had in liquor LOL

Location is good. The bed and pillow is quite nice and soft that I could enjoy the night without any problem. The room is big enough to open luggage without any issue. The bath room is clean and related set is good to use. The breakfast is good also to have enough volume and variety of food to select. In conclusion , it’s good to stay here.
