After traveling for 8+ hours, hotel member told me that they cancelled my reservation without any warning. Didn't receive a phone call or an email out of common courtesy. My friends and I had to call around to different hotels just find somewhere else to stay. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The place was not bad. However, on my last day, as I was getting ready to leave. I saw a big bed bug crawling across a pillow. I spent the rest of the morning and early afternoon doing laundry as to not bring any bed bugs home with me.

This hotel needs help. I arrived at 8pm and was told to wait for my room to be ready because it was missing a sofa. When I got to my room, the maintenance and housekeeping staff were still working on the room. They finished around 9pm. Unfortunately the room was missing tvs and black dirt was coming out of the air vents and landing on the bed. I notified the front desk immediately and they said they would address the issues but that didn’t happen. I do not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness and poor service.

The staff was very accommodating and kind, but the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had ants, a hole in the drywall, and ponded water in the tub that never drained. The tub was so bad that both my daughter and I fell. I sprained my wrist and bruised a knee. Also, the carpets were sticky and badly worn.
These issues were brought to the attention of the front desk upon departure.

Wow! We are so glad we picked this hotel. Everyone here was so friendly and genuine. I was checked in by Jesse and she was so friendly!!! The employee who worked Sunday morning breakfast was so nice as well! (8/1) . I ordered a parfait and when she walked by me, she asked if I would like anything else !! Everyone here seems to enjoy working here and wants to be here . Thank you everyone for such a great experience ! I’ll back!!
