One huge complaint I had was the TV service and channels. Traveled there to watch Indian Wells Tennis tournament and it blocked because management thought it would hurt ticket sales. I traveled from the Midwest to see this tournament, I had already bought my tickets. Very frustrating to not see night sessions when in town. I will not visit this hotel again for that reason alone. Breakfast was okay, mostly friendly staff, bad decisions on the management side. Staff was more interested in having me initial for no pets or smoking rather than answering my questions.

VERY nice for middle tier hotel. Still serve complementary hot breakfast in the mornings. Sheets were softer than in some 5 star hotels. Property was well kept and modern touches you wouldn't expect. Wood frame around the window, 15 foot ceilings in a first floor room, very nice fixtures. Refrigerator and coffee maker in room. Complimentary parking (a vanishing feature). In a nice area of Rancho Mirage - just down the street from the Omni Resort. Across the street from the Old Spaghetti Factory (that I also recommend).
