Hotel is very old. We don't have a choice to stay here as this is one of the cheapest during coachella and its proximity to the venue. The good thing about the hotel it's near to restaurants as well
The interior and exterior need to be renovated as everything is looks old there was no cleaning during our 2 night stay in here too.

I went there to coincide with the Coachella Music Festival.
The price is really too high for the facilities hahahaha
It just feels like a local pension...?
The swimming pool inside the hotel is nice though.

The elevator was out of service when we went to leave. Paid for view of pool but could not see unless sitting on the bed by the window. Thought breakfast was included but had to pay $9.99 and up for so so breakfast. Evening clerk at front desk was great and very helpful.

Have stayed here twice for Coachella weekend. Lovely hotel with great staff. Had an issue where we were charged for more breakfasts than we purchased but they took care of it quickly. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Hope to make it here again.

The staff are just amazing. They are so helpful. The place is a bit run down. Nice pool. The room was fine and the bath nice. I had a bathtub! The breakfast is ok especially if you like omelettes., Not much Diamond club parking but property not that big.

Easy parking, front desk people very friendly and kind. Room smelled very musty. I went to the front desk to let them know and they immediately put me into a different room which was a little better but I noticed that the sheets were also very musty in the second room. Other than that I did sleep well, with lots of pillows :-)

this hotel really needs a refresh. The carpets in the hallways are worn and rippling. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceilings and wallpaper. Coffee is provided in the lobby but there was no free breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were priced about the same as other properties but for Palm Springs prices, I expected a clean room.
