Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. Some small gripes that could have made this stay perfect: iron didn't work and when I called to have it switched out I was placed on endless hold and eventually gave up and went on with my night in a wrinkled polo. Bathroom was a bit dingy and caulking was gross. Couldn't figure out how to check-out in the morning, so I called front desk and again...endless hold. So I ended up just leaving. But two big thumbs up for the employee who checked me in!

The staff are excellent, food is tasty which is challenging to do for large groups like ours. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the grounds are nicely maintained. James checked me in and is an asset to the team. He was personable and helpful.

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't extend check-out time - which was quite reasonable given the fact that daylight savings shortened the night by 1 hour.

This place was 5stars since I arrived at front desk Coleman made my check in so easy and pleasant , he made sure me and my family have a great time during our stay as this was our first time , the rooms are nice and clean but again Coleman was the person the made my trip perfect . I will definitely recommend and I will be coming back for a quick weekend getaway

I honestly think Coleman needs a raise. He was so professional and helpful, very friendly. The best service I've ever gotten from any hotel staff. He was very kind and really represented the hotel well. He couldn't have given better service. Thank you Coleman
