the best hotel I stayed in California so far. they have cleanest and comfortable room, so clean and safe. the pool place is so good that you can stay till 9 pm that kids would love to dip in the whole day. the staffs are good and helpful. rececptiomnsit are all smiling.

Hi my name is Josie was taking a shower and it's not check out time yet .the check out time is 11 am .it was 8.45 am.house keeping which is male came in the door and said sorry no he left .I was in the shower I have to finish takin a shower n I never seen the house keeping no more.i mention it to the house keeping next door who is cleaning the other room.i was in the 10th floor.

Water Café food was great and very reasonable, we had the short rib and salmon, the breakfast was excellent and prepared very fast!!

Our guestroom at the resort was very spacious and the staff was very hospitable. There were several restaurants onsite and the spa was exceptional!

Great customer service from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Day for the kind, caring welcome & water bottles at check-in & Andrea with Housekeeping. I truly appreciated, Andrea's sincere offer of assistance with exiting the room. This was my Sister's & my first-time back since before the Pandemic. Looking forward to returning soon. Driven by Agua Caliente many times but never stayed there until this past week (wanted to treat myself to a short stay-cation). I was really impressed with this resort! The rooms were comfortable & clean, with a large soaking tub & upscale toiletries in the bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the desert landscape. The pool area was so relaxing & comfortable. Very nice music playing throughout the day, and another huge bonus is its open late! unlike vegas pools this one is open until 9pm! Overall here's my thoughts: + upscale & well maintained + offers great value + within driving distance of tons of attractions in Palm Springs + beautiful pool area & amenities
