Es un hotel no tan nuevo pero cumple muy bien las expectativas para viajes familiares. Desafortunadamente no tuve internet en todo el fin de semana, ni en la tv, ya que funcionaban por el mismo medio.

Tuve una experiencia extremadamente negativa en este hotel. Al alojarme en una de las habitaciones más caras, me encontré con una invasión de insectos que hizo imposible permanecer allí. La situación llegó a tal punto que tuve que abandonar el hotel a las 12:30 de la madrugada. A pesar de reportar inmediatamente el problema al personal de recepción, no recibí ninguna disculpa ni se ofreció una solución. La actitud del personal fue de total indiferencia y falta de profesionalismo, mostrando una completa falta de preocupación por nuestra situación. Este nivel de negligencia es inaceptable para cualquier establecimiento, y mucho menos para uno que se supone es de alta categoría. Esta experiencia arruinó mi estancia y claramente demuestra que este hotel no se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie y procederé a presentar una denuncia ante las autoridades sanitarias debido a las condiciones insalubres y la inadecuada respuesta del personal.
