Very nice hotel with beautiful view. We were hoping to have a good time drinking cocktails on the deck but the hotel decided to privatize the full pool deck for a function. This hotel without the pool deck is just average. Very disappointed that we were not notified and not even offered a small gesture.

SERVICE FOR BREAKFAST WAS VERY SLOW EVERY MORNING .
NO COFFEE IN OUR ROOM .
TOWELS ONLY ONE LARGE ONE .. MISSING 1 LRGE AND 2 SMALL, THE EXCUSE WAS ITS A VERY BUSY WEEKEND.

First impression of the room was mediocre, given your rating and cost per night. The shower was gritty with sand and the floors and carpet not clean at all. Secondly, are you a hospitality or an entertainment facility? At no point of booking or check in was I notified that there would be a function on the sixth floor, the music blared literally until well after midnight, making it absolutely impossible to sleep. After a dreary night I was all too thankful to pack up and check out first thing this morning. Staff were at their stations but looked as bleary eyed. Abysmal experience to say the least. Will you refund me, not a chance. Will I be back, never. 👎

Stunning Datenight❤️ Absolutely wonderful evening with fantastic service and exquisite food❤️ We arrived, hoping that they would have a table for us, as we had not made a reservation 😳 They were absolutely fantastic, showed us to the best table that was reserved...and made us feel absolutely welcome, even though the restaurant was full 😊 We ordered a yummy wine whilst listening the fun, LIVE music and thought that it would take a while for our order.. We were happily surprised, when our food arrive in record time🌹😊 I ordered the beef Espetada, rare, with their seasonal veggies. 🌹 It was delightful and perfectly prepared🔥 My husband ordered the Pork ribs and wow😍 Equally succulent, melt in your mouth, exquisite 🌹 We finished off the night with their delicious chocolate brownies and Ice cream and a second bottle of wine🔥 Our server, Sharon was respectful attentive, thoughtful and extremely helpful🌹Loved the way she looked after us❤️ I would highly recommend their restaurant. Ps...cannot wait to experience their Datenight, Couple special 😊😍😊

Beautiful,serene and we were actually suprised cause we had our doubts ,if it will be peaceful when we drove there as it's next to factories To our suprise it's quite,staff very professional,place neat,food lovely and tasty. I would give it 5* rating if it wasn't 4 the swimming pool area it's at same place as the restaurant and does not give total enjoyment to relax as the restaurant is busy with residents and ppl coming from outside 4 meals and drinks,otherwise value 4 money

A functional business hotel, room facilities good, quiet, adequate heating controls and with a small terrace. Check in quick and efficient Restaurant facilities are a let down. For breakfast no freshly squeezed orange which having passed on the road many vendors offering plentiful fresh oranges was a surprise...and no grapefruit. Butter and jam in tiny packets and inferior quality The acoustic level in the restaurant is poor, very noisy even with few guests
